Digital Marketing Manager at Vectra AI
San Jose, CA, US

If you live and breathe digital marketing, we want to talk to you. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track and optimize our global email marketing campaigns across all digital channels as well as help local teams with their digital programs. You will also help refine our web marketing strategy and execution. This position reports to the Head of Marketing Operations and Digital Programs.


What does a Digital Marketing Manager do?

You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Digital marketing managers will work with the marketing team and sales teams (SDR and RSM) to help convert and generate more leads with creative email and web marketing campaigns.


Main responsibilities

  • Plan, execute and maintain our global email campaigns
  • Plan, execute and maintain our global email nurture streams
  • Plan, execute and maintain our Chatbots
  • Participate in the creation of our web marketing strategy
  • Help execute our web marketing strategy
  • Assist field marketing teams with their local campaigns (event invitation, landing pages, reminders, etc.)
  • Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
  • Data maintenance and standardization in Salesforce
  • Data and workflow maintenance in Marketo

More day-to-day responsibilities

  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize email and web marketing campaigns
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies for email campaigns
  • Come up with new ideas for our chatbots and optimize their use and conversion rates
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate


  • Proven working experience in digital marketing (2+ years preferred)
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Working/basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Experience with Marketo and Salesforce is a plus
