The Role

As the Operations Manager for Israel, the Middle East, and Africa, you will lead Moovit’s efforts to provide the best service and content for our users by ensuring all information about mobility in our coverage areas is accurate and up-to-date, and acting as the voice of Moovit with our users via our customer support channel and our in-app user communication channels.


You are a public transportation advocate, and share Moovit’s vision to simplify mobility for people around the world. You enjoy working with technical tools as much as you love to stretch your creative muscles creating content. You are a quick learner who is not afraid to master new skills and start applying them! You love working on a team, but also thrive when working independently.




  • Support and develop Moovit’s operations in the region
  • Responsible for customer support, community engagement, and user satisfaction
  • Keep on top of transit-related changes and updates in your region, making necessary fixes and changes to perfect our service
  • Communicate with users about relevant info affecting their daily transit


  • Hebrew and English, mother tongue level
  • Familiar with transit networks in major cities in Israel
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and G-Suite
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and comfortable with startup culture


Preferred qualifications:

  • Arabic, professional working proficiency
  • BA/BS degree
  • Public transit and mobility advocate
  • Proactive, driven, detail-oriented individual
  • Client-facing experience, preferably in customer support
  • Experience with managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Independent and able to execute projects with little supervision
  • Extremely high attention to detail
  • Excellent communicator with high-level presentation skills
