Senior Manager, Demand Generation at Bromium
Cupertino, CA, US

Bromium is seeking a hands-on Demand Gen Manager that can develop and execute campaigns that drive awareness and adoption of Bromium among target accounts. Be responsible for planning and carrying out targeted marketing activities at the account level, coordinating with sales and operationalizing plans, providing insights for decision-maker engagement while maximizing the engagement of the sales and marketing teams.  


Job Responsibilities:  

· Working closely with sales to define and implement demand gen campaigns (customers and prospects including government, healthcare and financial services verticals)  

· Analyze target accounts to determine optimal program mix  

· Work closely with product and content marketing to plan and customize marketing assets and align with the customer journey, sales buying stages, and support the account go-to-market plan  

· Deploy marketing initiatives on an account, using various mediums including digital, events, and social media and other channels  

· Work closely with sales to track account engagement and ensure alignment between marketing and sales  

· Coordinate with sales, programs and marketing operations to optimize campaigns: Salesforce tracking, engagement/lead tracking and direct sales opportunity creation  

· Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through better audience segmentation, marketing techniques, and processes  

Job Requirements:  

 · Bachelor’s Degree  

· 8+ years of B2B demand generation experience. Cybersecurity background preferred  

· Experience in working closely with leadership team and sales executives to develop marketing processes, strategies, and content requirements  

· Experience in marketing and sales tech: Salesforce and Marketo  

· Good and effective communication skills with focus on what's relevant  

· Analytical mindset with ability to track and report on campaign performance metrics  

· Proven experience executing and integrating account-based marketing with the existing sales processes at the organizational and account levels
