Support engineer at Panorama Software

Support engineer position (Support engineer with 1-3 three years of experience)

Panorama team is looking for a seasoned Support engineer with 1-3 three years of experience.

Job requirement are:

  1. Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role
  2. Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products.
  3. Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software
  4. Additional certification in Microsoft, SQL servers or Client-Server applications is a plus
  5. Team player
  6. Fluent English

About the job: Panorama is developing BI products in the last 20 years and was one of the pioneer’s company in the BI business.

The job includes among other:

  1. Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution
  2. Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues
  3. Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
