HR Generalist at Carbon Black
Boulder, CO, US

We’ve been on Pearl Street for less than a year, but our office today is bustling with Carbon Black employees. As we continue to grow, we need an HR Generalist to support the employee lifecycle for our Boulder team.


As a member of the People Operations team, you’ll touch on all areas of HR, including talent acquisition, talent branding, talent management, learning & development, HR systems, benefits, and compensation. This role is great for someone who thrives in working with a range of tasks.


What You’ll Do:

  • Support the People: Employee engagement is key to Carbon Black’s success, so you’ll stay connected to the pulse of the Boulder office as a visible presence. Day-to-day, you’ll serve as the first point-of-contact for Boulder employees for all general HR and benefit questions, drive on- and off-boarding activities.

  • Support the Office: The office experience is important to us. Be the office liaison for all facility related requests and projects; work with suppliers and coordinate services as needed.

  • Support the HR Org: As part a shared services model, you’ll partner with HR leaders and HR Business Partners on a variety of tasks and projects. Additionally, you’ll work with our Talent Acquisition team to plan and attend onsite and Boulder area recruiting/branding events

  • Support the Candidates: Candidate experience is a huge priority. In supporting our Talent Acquisition team by managing onsite interview logistics, you’ll provide a positive candidate and interviewer experience.    


About You:


You have a natural sense of curiosity, a knack for systems, and you thrive on learning new things. You’re comfortable wearing many hats, managing competing priorities, and have an innate ability to think fast and pivot.  


Maybe you have a Bachelor’s degree, maybe you don’t, but you’ve definitely grown in an HR capacity over the past 2-5 years. With a can-do attitude, you believe no job is too big or too small when it comes to supporting our people.
