People Operations Associate at Carbon Black

As a member of the People Operations team, the People Operations Associate will touch on all areas of HR, including talent acquisition, talent branding, talent management, learning & development, HR systems, benefits, and compensation. What You’ll Do:

  • Support the People: Employee experience is key to Carbon Black’s success, so you’ll be responsible for making sure they have a great overall experience. Day-to-day, you’ll serve as the first point-of-contact for employees for all general HR, training, and benefit questions.

  • Support the HR Org:  As part of a shared services model, you’ll support the HR team on a variety of tasks and projects, including coordination of diversity and talent brand initiatives, employee training, campus recruiting, and talent programs.

  • Support the Systems: The health of our data and our systems is at the root of every HR program’s success, so you will be responsible for keeping our systems up-to-date and accurate.


About You:

You are organized, creative, detail-oriented and have a knack for systems. You’re comfortable wearing many hats, managing competing priorities, and have an innate ability to think fast and pivot.  With a can-do attitude, you believe no job is too big or too small when it comes to supporting our people.

Maybe you have a Bachelor’s degree, maybe you have some HR experience, or maybe you have one or the other, but however you slice it, you definitely have a passion to establish and grow your HR career.
