As a Recruiter at Helpshift the folks you hire have the opportunity to work with today’s leading B2C brands as they begin their journey to provide the customer support experience that their customers want and need. We’re looking for self-starters to help us source and evaluate top level Go-to-Market talent from our downtown San Francisco office. About the Role

    • You will focus on proactive sourcing and the evaluation of candidates across sales, G&A, and other Go-to-Market functions
    • You will work hand-in-hand with recruiting partners and hiring leaders to prioritize hiring needs, and devise and execute sourcing strategies to identify a diverse set of qualified candidates for each job
    • You will evaluate and screen profiles from inbound applicants
    • You'll regularly over-communicate and consistently report information regarding candidate pipelines, recruiting funnel metrics, and performance data to all stakeholders
    • You will partner with the Recruitment team to provide subject matter expertise regarding competitive intelligence and cutting-edge techniques for discovering talent.
    • You'll help us build Helpshift's recruiting brand from the ground up!

About You

    • You have 1+ years of experience supporting searches for Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Technical or G&A roles
    • You unfailingly provide exceptional customer service and work professionally, efficiently, and meticulously
    • You have experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and hiring manager relationships
    • You reliably complete projects within deadlines
    • You're a team player who is adept at working cross-functionally to achieve shared goals
    • You're excited to work from a fast-paced Downtown SF Financial District office that's constantly changing and growing
    • You have exceptional verbal and written communication skills
    • You're an experienced ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter user
    • Bonus points for Lever or Greenhouse experience
    • Bonus points for a passion for social media, Internet research, and employment branding
