The Role

As a member of the North America team (USA & Canada), you would lead Moovit’s efforts to create the highest quality information for public transportation services. You will be responsible for providing the best data and content for our customers and to develop and engage our Mooviter Community.

Responsibilities:

Supporting and developing the East Coast operations in North America

Responsible for customer support, community engagement, and the quality of public transport information

Identifying, correcting and improving local transport data

Eventually perform ground tests of public transportation, in order to generate reports & correct data

REQUIREMENTS

Native English-speaker

Lived in NYC-NJ area

Knowledge of public transport systems in large cities on the East Coast, such as NYC, Washington DC, Boston, Philadelphia, Chicago.

Experience in customer support

Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)

Preferred qualifications:

BA/BS degree

Proactive, independent and enthusiastic

Ability to work in a team-oriented, client-focused environment

Relevant experience in the consumer mobile space and knowledge of local products

Independent and able to execute projects with little supervision

Extremely high attention to detail

Excellent communicator with very high presentation skills

Loves working in a fast-paced environment and feels comfortable with a startup culture
