Community and Product Marketing at Tetrate
San Francisco, CA, US

You will drive the marketing strategy for Tetrate from ideation to go-to-market plans. Champion Tetrate’s brand and products through innovative marketing initiatives. You are a relationship builder who leads with influence and can manage stakeholders of all levels, both internal and external partners across all levels from developers to executive stakeholders.

You will help us:

  • Gather, promote and market the most relevant ideas and features in product roadmap across multiple channels and become an advisor to internal decision-makers and customers.
  • INTERNALIZE user needs and evangelize Tetrate’s projects and products to target developers, open source communities, operators and network admins.
  • Develop effective business and competitive positioning and messaging with community members, partners, cloud providers using multi-channel marketing from field relations to writing/blogging and speaking engagements.
  • Define and track marketing and mindshare KPIs, lead competitive analysis and manage communication with industry analyst

What you bring:

  • Deeply believe in the idea that customers are the very reason why our business exists and that all programs and strategy for the company grow from this principle. Customers are internal and external to the company and all partners we come in contact with every day to help grow Tetrate.
  • Fundamentals-based approach to running a business.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience working in a business-to-business and/or business-to-developer environment, marketing technical products in cloud and enterprise products.
  • Ability and CREDIBILITY to build tribes around Tetrate tools and products; Experience participating in technical/developer communities, open source projects, or similar developer groups.
  • Innovative and cost-efficient marketing campaigns and collateral
  • Thrives in formative environments and see it as an opportunity to be creative; challenges status-quo; Penchant for contrarian thinking.
