EMEA Marketing Coordinator – 6 month fixed-term contract at Venafi

How you’ll be protecting the world:

As an EMEA Marketing Coordinator at Venafi you’ll be part of an extremely motivated, dedicated, and experienced team that protects many of the largest organisations in the world.

Venafi is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support our EMEA Marketing initiatives and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. The Marketing Coordinator will collaborate with key team members across Corporate Marketing and EMEA Sales to make sure that projects get the resources and attention they need to be successful. The successful candidate for this role will also be responsible for corresponding with outside vendors to keep marketing programs on track. Responsibilities include:

  • Assist with event activities, planning & logistics, including industry trade shows, regional seminars, executive dinners, webinars, and email invitations; attend national events as needed.
  • Manage relationship with exhibit house and promotions vendors, including marketing inventory & fulfillment, shipping and logistics.
  • Assist with the creation and production of event signage, collateral and promotional items.
  • Support marketing event and program budgeting process, including vendor contracts, procurement card expenditures, POs, invoices, tracking and reconciliation.
  • Maintain global marketing calendar and coordinate with website promotion.
  • Assist with marketing comms to sales, including marketing campaign launches and program alerts.
  • Create marketing reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising program and campaign data.
  • Assist with marketing campaign tracking and ROI analysis.
  • Other special projects as needed.


The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2+ years’ experience in high-tech B2B marketing.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and eager to learn on the job.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Creative out of the box thinker and problem solver.
  • Organised and detail oriented.
  • Must be motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
