HR Analyst - SF Bay Area at BrightEdge

At BrightEdge, our people are our top asset and we’re looking for an HR Analyst that will drive system efficiencies, streamline HR processes and provide great customer service around our Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and Applicant Tracking System (ATS). We’re looking for someone who’s eager to roll up their sleeves and make a meaningful impact within BrightEdge!

Core Responsibilities

    • Modify or design existing HRIS and/or ATS to ensure aligned to business needs, which includes providing insight and recommendations on processes, conducting system testing, and creating procedure documentation
    • Manage all data entry and conduct regular audits of data to ensure systems security, quality and data accuracy are monitored and adhere to proper processes and controls
    • Develop and analyze custom reports for end users to ensure we are maximizing efficiencies and data integrity
    • Develop communications regarding system / process changes, leads training to end users, and responds to questions and inquiries in a timely manner
    • Manage process improvements, including gathering requirements to identify objectives and project scope, developing project plans, facilitating meetings, and serving as the liaison to project stakeholders to ensure projects requirements are met and completed successfully

What it Takes to be Successful

    • Bachelor's degree with focus in Human Resources, Business Management or Computer Science preferred, or equivalent years of experience
    • 1 - 3 years of experience of HRIS and / or ATS administration experience, preferably utilizing SaaS HR technology
    • Demonstrated technical or analytical skills with the ability to identify the root cause(s) of problems/inefficiencies within human resource systems or processes
    • Familiarity with a variety of the HR concepts, practices, and procedures required
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
    • A self-starter who will take the initiative to lead and drive improvements without constant direction
    • The ability to handle and maintain a high level of confidentiality and common sense regarding sensitive employee information
    • Excellent project management skills
    • Clear and articulate oral and written communication skills, including report writing and presentation skills
