True Fit, named a Top Place to Work, is looking for a Partner Manager to work in our downtown Boston office.

About the Role

We are looking for a high-energy person with a blend of strong technical and business skills. The ideal person is a strong customer and partner advocate, understands technology, and has a passion for helping people find clothes and shoes they love and keep. As part of the Product team at True Fit, you will help bring solutions to life in market.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain relationships with solution partners, including, but not limited to CRMs, Search, eMail, Product Recommendations, Chatbot, Clienteling, etc.
  • Act as internal subject matter expert on current partnership capabilities with the ability to clearly communicate operational workflow to customer-facing teams.
  • Clearly understand and communicate customer and partner technical requirements, and business needs, and successfully translate to internal stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional Go To Market teams to define long term business use cases with our customers that can be solved through partnerships; define and deliver success metrics for these.
  • Coordinate with Go To Market teams to prioritize and ensure successful completion of partner milestones.
  • Effectively communicate and educate partners on the technical architecture of use case  solutions for Retailers.
  • Primary point of contact for our partner product teams and/or technical leads.

Required Experience and Skills

  • At least 3 years of software partner-facing, tech industry experience, preferably a data-driven, machine learning-based product.
  • Computer Science or Engineering degree.
  • Strong background implementing web services technologies (REST, JSON, SOAP, HTTP, SSL) preferred.
  • Experience with architecting API integrations using SAAS integration platforms.   
  • Ability to validate proposed solutions and design appropriate differentiation in market for partners leveraging our technology.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills and experience.
  • Ability to multitask and manage many projects at one time
  • eCommerce and/or Retail industry experience highly desired.
  • Skilled communication to all levels and functions within an organization.
