Call Center Manager at Savaari

This position is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual, with a proven track record in a Call Center role on the Revenue Generation side. The candidate should be an enthusiast in the art of Sales with excellent problem solving skills, a keen listener and should be adept at managing and growing the Call Center. This requires the individual to be extremely focused and driven to achieve monthly targets for the Call Center as set by the management.

 

We are looking for a driven, dynamic and balanced individual who can:

  • Take primary responsibility and ownership of Call Center targets and achieve the targets by planning strategies by discussing with Product, Marketing, Operations and the Call Center teams.
  • Maintain and improve Call Center operations by monitoring system performance; identifying and resolving problems and preparing and completing action plans.
  • Accomplish Call Center human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees.
  • Prepare Call Center performance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
  • Should be great communicator with good listening skills and should be an amazing team player.

Requirements

  • An undergraduate degree with at-least 6 years of professional experience. Or advanced degree with at-least 4 years of professional experience. People with relevant Call Center experience specially in a revenue generating role will be given preference.
  • Has past experience in a demanding position and should have demonstrated good business skills.
  • Is a good team player with proven leadership qualities to inspire the team for achieving great results.
  • Is strong in logical reasoning, analysis and quantitative aptitude.
