Sales Development Rep (Multiple States - Telecommute/Work from Home Position) at Swrve

We're looking to grow our team by finding bright, hardworking Sales Development Reps who can help develop our outbound strategy. We are a small but global team, which means each member plays an integral role in building the foundation of our future sales organization. At Swrve, you will be joining a team that is dedicated to helping you learn the B2B software sales industry and develop your career. We promote from within and provide a wide range of opportunities to grow and expand into other roles at Swrve.


At Swrve we have a go to market model that has inbound and field AEs aligned closely. We are looking to add outbound efforts and leadership to that and want to build out the team to include both inbound and outbound.

You, as a Sales Development Representative (SDR), will provide support to a defined group of US-based Account Executives (Sales Representatives). Your primary responsibility will be to book qualified meetings with target contacts within target accounts for the AEs. In addition to managing inbound leads, you'll work on high-value outbound into target accounts.


Your role at Swrve:

  • Nurture all inbound leads in your region to engage, qualify, and book meetings for your regional Account Manager(s)
  • Outbound prospecting to identify, engage, qualify, and book meetings with target contacts in target companies
  • Track, update and report on all activity through
  • When required, attend company sponsored events
  • Craft a great first impression to our prospects and customers by adding value during every customer touchpoint
  • Spearhead the growth & adoption of Swrve within the Enterprise or specifically named accounts in our top territories.
  • Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through various inbound and outbound channels to increase prospect interest, and excitement in Swrve products
  • Quickly respond to and qualify incoming inquiries regarding interest in Swrve products
  • Partner with our experienced AEs to help fill pipeline and grow your skills
  • Achieve monthly quotas of lead qualification/MQLs, meetings/SQLs and opportunities
  • Skills you have already developed:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are paramount
  • You speak with confidence and conviction. You're able to convince people to consider options beyond that of which they have already considered or discovered themselves
  • You're well organized with effective time and activity management skills
  • You have the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • You're goal oriented (You will have monthly and quarterly goals)
  • You've got the energy and stamina to work well in a fast-paced environment

  • You're wildly curious an enthusiastic to learn about technology, marketing, and enterprise software sales
  • You have 1–2 years of work experience, HubSpot, Salesloft, Sales Navigator and SDR/BDR experience is a plus
  • You have knowledge of the marketing technology industry
  • You have high energy and a positive attitude, intellectual curiosity and high ambition
