SEO and Digital Campaigns Expert at GoodData
Prague, CZ

GoodData is growing, and we’re looking for a high-performing marketer to fill the top of our sales funnel with targeted, inbound traffic and leads. You are a digital-first thinker, experienced with the ‘full-stack’ of digital marketing, from SEO through to content and video marketing, social media marketing, and paid advertising and retargeting. You will develop and manage global customer acquisition programs across SEM channels to drive growth across all business segments. You possess a unique ability to analyze and optimize campaign performance and communicate results that will result in greater adoption of GoodData product and services. You have a deep understanding, and you are passionate about data to grow and optimize digital marketing programs. Past B2B experience is required.



You will be responsible for:

Design, execution and management SEO and SEM strategies to attract targeted business and technical audiences to GoodData content (e.g. website, developer portal, blog, etc.)

Design, execution and management of the digital marketing campaigns (Google AdWords, LinkedIn Ad Targeting, AdRoll, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)

Close collaboration with product marketing and creative teams to design optimal gated assets, trial experiences, landing pages, etc.

Design buyer journeys and lead nurturing paths together with the product marketing

Working with internal marketing analytical team that measures optimizes and reports dynamics of the whole digital marketing funnel (visits, sessions, bounce rates, conversions to opportunities and revenue) to optimize the lead generation and conversion process.

We require:

2 - 4 years of proven working experience in digital marketing (B2B SaaS)

Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns

Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

Experience with LinkedIn Campaigns, Google Adwords and Google Analytics

Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments

Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a very strong understanding of web analytics, marketing analytics, and ROI attribution

Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing, measurement and business intelligence

Experience with analytical tools and ability to dive deep into metrics and reporting

Self-starter with the ability to prioritize in a fast paced environment

Fluent in Czech and English
