About the Role

    • You will own the full sales cycle from lead to close on both inbound and outbound deals
    • You will educate customers on the benefits and values of digital customer service through discovery calls, demonstrations, and customer workshops
    • You will quarterback internal resources ranging from product to marketing to finance to operations to meet customer needs and close deals
    • You will stay up to date on customer service industry trends and technology by attending events, trade shows, and conferences
    • You will meet with customers via email, phone, video conference, and face to face (this role includes travel)
    • You will communicate and share customer feedback with internal teams for continuous improvement and development

About You

    • You have a minimum of 2 years sales experience selling software, IT, SaaS, or Cloud-hosted solutions
    • You have extensive experience performing web/virtual demos and it is now second nature to you
    • You have prior experience successfully carrying a monthly/quarterly quota, which you exceeded
    • You consistently demonstrate your ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities and varying deadlines
