Processing Administrator (Business Process Coordinator II) at Nexant

About the Job

Nexant is currently seeking a (Processing Administrator) Business Process Coordinator II to support the Energy Efficiency – Business Processing team in our Salt Lake City, UT office.  The Business Process Coordinator II will support all activities directly related to same day processing of all rebates.


Duties and Responsibilities

·         Manage and supervise high-volume rebate processing with high-level accuracy

·         Manage and lead all processing supervisors

·         Coach/Train on errors found to increase overall team efficiency and accuracy

·         Provide program managers and clients with program specific updates and resolve escalations

·         Create and enforce key performance indicators

·         Create daily processing plan and ensure all applications are processed same day as received and at high accuracy

·         Identify hiring needs and strategic employee placement for efficiency

·         Assign daily processing goals to ensure processing of applications same-day

·         Other duties as assigned.


Requirements and Preferred Qualifications

·         Must be able to work from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

·         Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills with all level of customers and company employees

·         Demonstrated higher-level skill in Microsoft 2010 Office programs, specifically Microsoft Excel and Word

·         Proven experience of success in an accuracy focused environment

·         Self-motivation and exceptional follow-through skills are a must

·         Professional writing and communication abilities

·         Must be able to pass a criminal and financial background screening.

·         A minimum of 2 years’ work experience in processing/ production environment

·         Associate’s degree preferred

Management/Leadership experience required.  Experience managing/leading Supervisors preferred.
