We are looking for a Sr. Recruiter to lead the efforts in bringing in the best security talent to our amazing organization. The ideal candidate enjoys working with a variety of different types of reqs at various levels. You will be responsible for developing strategies to meet hiring goals and work alongside hiring managers to align priorities and objectives. If you thrive in a fun, fast-paced environment and think quick on your feet, keep reading...

Here’s what you'll do:

  • Develop pipeline. With your creative and strategic sourcing abilities, you’ll build a network of qualified candidates for multiple open roles by utilizing multiple channels including your external network, job boards, and internal referrals. With an obsession to learn what motivates your candidates and the driving forces behind their decisions.
  • Own the recruiting process. From screening resumes to driving the pre-hire meeting, interview team kick-off & debrief process for candidates, eventually leading to a close, you own it all.
  • Be process focused. You will manage the recruitment process of candidates from their first contact with Synack all the way up to their first day at work. This includes keeping the ATS up to date and accurate.
  • Know the market. Get to know our space, what is trending, who key players are, key organizational structure to provide competitive insights.
  • Obsess about the candidate experience. You will go above and beyond to ensure a best in class candidate interview experience. Candidates must always know where they stand in the process.
  • Reporting. You will track and report weekly hiring metrics to be discussed and reviewed with your hiring managers and shared with the HR and Executive team.
  • Be picky. You will set a high bar and introduce top quality candidates who set to complement the existing team, not disrupt it.

Here's what you'll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
  • 5+ years recruiting experience with an in-house recruiting team, startup is preferred
  • Experience utilizing Greenhouse as an Applicant Tracking System to track candidate status
  • Strong desire to lead and manage a recruiting team
  • Experience managing the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing to coordinating interviews to negotiating offers
  • Ability to build, maintain and grow immediate and long-term pipelines
  • Excellent written skills to craft job descriptions to attract the best talent
  • Proven track record of creatively sourcing passive candidates (including LinkedIn, networking events, etc.)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for recruiting in a fast-paced environment!
