ScienceLogic is looking for a highly motivated individual who has exceptional customer/relationship building skills and a high degree of skill and competency for identifying and hiring the best top talent.   As a key player on the talent acquisition team, the ideal candidate will be passionate about ensuring hiring managers hire the best talent while giving candidates an outstanding interviewing experience.

What you’ll be doing…

  • Work as an integral part of the Talent Acquisition team to achieve our aggressive company hiring goals while providing a best in class candidate experience
  • Perform full-life cycle recruiting to attract exceptionally qualified candidates for technical, sales, marketing and other corporate positions both domestic and internationally
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements, determine how to successfully source for each position, and select and hire top talent for their needs
  • Creatively source candidates through a variety of methods to attract top talent
  • Screen and assess candidate’s skills and background against specific position requirements
  • Proactively manage a portfolio of job requisitions and a pipeline of candidates with consistent follow up and feedback to both hiring managers and candidates
  • Accurately document and maintain all candidate activity in our Greenhouse ATS

Qualities you possess…

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience
  • 5-8+ years full life cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a fast paced, high tech software start-up environment
  • Prior experience recruiting for Technical/Software Development and Software Sales related positions
  • History of exceptional results sourcing candidates online using linkedin, facebook, twitter, etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate compensation and close candidates
  • Experience with Behavioral Interviewing techniques is highly desirable
  • Experience with Greenhouse or similar ATS
  • A strong work ethic with a self-motivated ‘can do’ and ‘get it done’ attitude
  • A high level of customer service and relationship building skills
  • Thrives on the ability to multi-task and wear multiple hats in a constantly changing environment
  • A professional demeanor with candidates, hiring managers and executives
  • Must possess exceptional communication skills and the ability to work independently
  • Demonstrates a passion for & commitment to both hiring managers and candidates
  • Displays high level of personal & corporate integrity
