Who We Are Looking For:

We are looking for a seasoned and motivated Marketing Content Manager to build and own Rubikoud’s content marketing strategy, from content creation to distribution. As a member of Rubikloud’s growing marketing team, the Marketing Content Manager will be wholly responsible for creating compelling narratives and materials about our company, products, and technology in support of all aspects of company growth and brand awareness. The ideal candidate has a high level of creativity and initiative, as well as the ability to conduct research and use data-driven insights to write targeted and compelling copy. Top-notch written and verbal communications, outstanding organizational skills, and high attention to detail are a must.


What You'll be Doing:

  • Own the development and execution of all writing and editing projects, including executive thought leadership, demand generation, digital content, blogs, sales enablement, awards and events
  • Build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar that attracts a qualified audience to our owned properties, including blog posts, whitepapers, eBooks, reports, webinars, infographics, case studies, newsletters and bylines
  • Establish an editorial governance process to ensure content is consistent with our brand voice, style and tone.
  • Grow new leads by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content.
  • Own the development and implementation of our marketing automation and lead nurturing process
  • Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers
  • Be at the forefront of emerging trends in content marketing and proactively champion new ideas to the Director of Communications for consideration and trial periods
  • Develop new strategies for growing reach (paid & organic) and maximizing ROI
  • Research markets and industries to identify best practices and compelling content
  • Identify audience needs and content gaps and recommend new content
  • Integrate relevant SEO/SEM search terms in existing and new content
  • Perform primary research for blog posts, articles, guides, and other content
  • Proofread and edit content produced by other members of the marketing team
  • Collaborate and brainstorm with other teams to create innovative content ideas
  • Monitoring ongoing campaign spend against the budget, keeping accurate records and highlighting where variances occur. Producing an accurate summary of total spend and opportunity value created at the end of a marketing campaign.


Who You Are:

  • Stellar writing skills and experience creating content for all B2B marketing channels
  • Understanding of B2B software audiences and purchase cycles
  • Strong research skills and desire to learn about a wide range of topics
  • Outstanding teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated, creative, high energy, and resourceful
