Sales Operations Analyst at DocuSign
Dublin, IE

Responsible for the ongoing management of the global sales case queue, both in maintaining response time SLA but also in resolving the issues presented within the queue. In addition, ensuring that all localized employees are onboarded from a systems perspective, ensuring accurate tagging and account/opportunitiy movement in conjunction with sales leadership.

This position is an Individual Contributor and reports to the Manager, Sales Operations.

Responsibilities

  • Triage and resolve cases, working cross-functionally as needed
  • Assist Sales by updating, aligning and merging accounts and assisting in overall data integrity of SFDC
  • Problem solve system errors and escalate appropriately
  • Maintain appropriate SLA within the queue
  • Maintain a sense of urgency and positive attitude when working the existing queue
  • Uphold territory policies within the GSOP through the year
  • Onboard localized sales employees into SFDC from a permissions perspective
  • Transfer and tag accounts and opportunities to align with new hires in line with local sales leadership
  • Manage projects and issues on behalf of centralized sales operations back to local teams

 Required Experience 

  • BS/BA Degree in relevant discipline
  • 1-2 years blend of Sales, Sales Operations, Business Analyst and /or Business Consulting experience preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce.com applications preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications
  • Selfless, team player mentality
