Marketing Manager - Cyber Security at Adaptive Mobile
Dublin, IE

The successful candidate will manage the day-to-day marketing activities of the organisation and be part of the team driving the marketing strategy for the Company in line with corporate objectives.

This role will be focussed on developing and maintaining a Marketing Programme that enables the global Sales team to generate customer and partner opportunities and also to drive profile of the Company on a global scale.

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing the global PR and Analyst programmes, driving the digital media strategy, managing the global events programme and developing content for internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B marketing, be an excellent communicator and results-oriented. You will work well with a global team and have ample experience in stakeholder management and negotiation.  This role will be based in Dublin and is a great opportunity to grow within a global company.

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and manage internal and external communications to support core business objectives
  • Drive regional and global sales-specific campaigns, ensuring lead generation targets are met
  • Maintain brand guidelines and ensure all stakeholders are working in accordance with brand standards
  • Identify and manage opportunities to drive focus on unique threat intelligence differentiation and ensure market messaging and focus is on “Cyber Security”
  • Manage internal and external social media strategies to extend reach and impact of AdaptiveMobile Security brand
  • Drive Public Relations activities to ensure brand profile is maintained
  • Drive Global Analyst Relations programme
  • Support production of compelling corporate and product collateral for all internal and external audiences
  • Generate content for company website, client collateral and campaigns
  • Generate monthly reports of marketing performance against key KPIs
  • Outline key event opportunities and manage participation at regional trade events, conferences and select customer events through sponsorship negotiation, speakership submissions and/or delegate attendance and support
  • Create content and platforms to support internal communications strategies
  • Build and maintain integrity of the customer database
  • Liaise with graphic designers and print companies where necessary
  • Act as central liaison point for global sales team
  • Represent the Marketing function internally and report to members of the Executive Management Team on a monthly basis
  • Develop and manage annual Marketing budget
  • Maintain quality and relevance of Marketing knowledgebase/assets internally

 

Skills & Experience

-        Degree in Marketing or other relevant area

-        5+ years in a B2B Marketing Environment

-        Excellent Project Management skills – events experience a plus

-        Understanding of public relations and analyst relations

-        Experience in digital marketing strategy and implementation

-        Excellent communication skills

-        Proven experience in negotiation

-        Strong analytical skills, results-oriented

-        Strong stakeholder management skills

-        Ability to quickly adapt to change

-        Confident and dynamic personality

-        Strong creative outlook 

-        Experience in cyber security / Telecom  advantageous
