HR Coordinator at Venafi
Salt Lake City, UT, US

We are looking for someone with a great can-do attitude along with Human Resources and coordination experience to help us in our mission to secure and protect the Global 5000. You will be joining a fantastic team and have opportunities to help make an impact in several areas. Specific responsibilities will include:

  • Assist with the global onboarding/offboaring process
  • Assist with company travel and expenses software (Concur)
  • Maintain and track new hire paperwork
  • Schedule new hire and new contractor trainings
  • Assist with Concur/Travel Management and booking for new hires
  • Book both domestic and international travel when needed
  • Assist with recruiting administration
  • Work with new hires with relocation needs, booking Aribnb, rental cars, etc.
  • Organize and regularly schedule team events
  • Assist with team tasks as needed

  • Experience with booking travel
  • Discrete when appropriate
  • Willingness to help on an ad-hoc basis, even on duties not initially contemplated as part of the job content
  • Experience with Powerpoint is a must-have
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs
