Office Manager at Spotinst

With innovative technology that is revolutionising the cloud computing industry and a team of highly motivated and creative employees, our vision is to optimize the way DevOps and R&D teams consume cloud computing.  

We’re looking for a highly motivated, details-oriented office manager to oversee our office operations in TLV.  As our office Admin, you will be the heart of the office, a strong cultural ambassador for Spotinst, handling a wide range of tasks and responsibilities simultaneously and bringing the best parts of our spirit into day-to-day operations

What you'll do:

  • Daily Office organization and ongoing administrative support
  • Organizing the office appearance and maintaining supplies
  • Office Reception
  • General operational support
  • Active part in employee’s milestones-  Onboarding process, personal events, Birthdays, etc.
  • Collaborating with HR on all Welfare aspects
  • Working directly with employees, external clients and suppliers
  • Company events- Ideas, logistics from end to end

Requirements

  • 1+ years experience in a similar administrative position
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize while growing
  • Proactive, attentive to details, and a problem-solver
  • Upbeat, positive attitude, super energetic, all-around team player, fast and self-learning individual
  • Independent and self-motivated
