Strategic Account Manager - Corporate at BrightEdge

As the client’s primary Strategic Account Manager you will work with a book of C-level marketing executives to ensure the BrightEdge platform has delivered value to their digital marketing strategy. You will use negotiating and sales skill to drive corporate renewals and sales. 

Core Responsibilities

    • Show value to BrightEdge customers through reporting and data via presentation desks
    • Manage the Account Management/Customer lifecycle with C-Level Executives and internal stakeholders
    • Manage a quarterly retention and sales quota
    • Execute renewals and sales strategies for corporate accounts, work with customers to complete contracts
    • Advise clients on anticipating future needs and trends, and recommending appropriate solutions

What it Takes to be Successful

    • Experience: 1 to 2 years’ experience in a SaaS Account Management or Sales Development position
    • A Bachelors degree is required
    • Experience creating and presenting PowerPoints for b2b customers
    • Strong presentation skills and credibility with C-level executives
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time efficiently
    • Deep knowledge of Salesforce.com or managing sales cycle through a CRM
