Campaign Operations Specialist - 12 month contract at DocuSign

Position Summary

The Campaign Operations Specialist is responsible for creation, quality assurance (QA), execution, maintenance and reporting for automated marketing programs. This role is tactically focused on the execution of Marketing Automation Platform (MAP) related activities using Eloqua. Reporting to the Manager, Campaign Operations, this individual will work with Global Demand Programs teams, Field Marketers, Web Marketing, and other cross-functional stakeholders to drive demand generation and improve campaign productivity.  The ideal candidate must be project, detail and data oriented, highly motivated and highly organized.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the technical conceptualization of demand generation and nurturing program strategy
  • Create emails, landing pages, forms and reports within the MAP, including templates for use by others within the marketing function
  • Document MAP processes, programs and procedures
  • Monitor and report on effectiveness metrics related to tactics and programs managed by the MAP and related applications
  • Standardize, cleanse and upload contact lists into the MAP
  • Educate marketing resources on how to run reports and accomplish basic tasks within the MAP

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, responsive email and web design
  • Basic knowledge of marketing techniques and company wide products

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in a demand generation role specific to working with a Marketing Automation tool (Eloqua is preferred)
  • Demonstrable expertise in executing integrated marketing programs or demand creation related activities (email, trade shows, search engine optimization/search engine marketing, event marketing)
  • Experience with CRM systems and other sales tools
  • Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
  • Strong project management capabilities, including the ability to accurately specify project timeframes, dependencies and risk factors
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with a passion for metrics driven marketing
