Solutions Consulting Manager at DocuSign

Position Summary

The Solutions Consulting Manager EMEA will lead the existing EMEA (Small to Medium Business) Solutions Consulting team to continued success in 2019 and beyond.

Our team works closely with SMB account executives for EMEA to participate in sales opportunities, hire and allocate solutions consulting resources and actively work with the EMEA sales team.

You will build and run, and diverse team of talented solutions consultants based in Dublin. You will implement solutions to inefficient processes and workflows and contribute to meeting organisational goals.

As the product experts, we have a deep understanding of the DocuSign platform of Agreement Cloud, handle tough objections, and lead successful evaluation cycles to gain product fit consensus.

This position is a People Manager and will report to the Head of Solutions Consulting EMEA.

Responsibilities

  • Support the EMEA SMB Solutions Consulting team by providing guidance on winning sales strategies and innovative approaches to solving specific customer business challenges.
  • Support ongoing growth and development of the team including recruiting, hiring, training and mentoring
  • Coach the team towards attaining key performance metrics and goals
  • Provide solutions consulting inputs for sales campaigns and active opportunities, including solution designs, solution estimates and client demonstrations.
  • Ability to engage confidently with business and IT leaders in our customer organisations. Engage and influence at all levels and in a variety of our clients’ business functions (sales, finance, marketing, HR, marketing, legal )
  • Be able to clearly communicate with internal resources including Sales, Marketing, Customer Support and Sales Leadership.
  • Business development activities to include opportunity identification and upselling with new and existing customers
  • Participates in in-house customer training session
  • Building industry-specific materials and also core industry vertical programmes
  • Working closely with Marketing and product management to create and roll out country-specific customer materials
  • Acts as project technical lead as assigned

Required Experience

  • Proven success of technical solutions consulting experience preferably within a SaaS organisation
  • Experience of leading a team preferably within a SaaS organisation
  • Solid understanding of SaaS applications
  • Excellent coaching, writing, discovery and presentation skills
  • Strong record of defining and executing against key performance indicators
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with cross functional teams
  • Enthusiasm for increasing customer satisfaction and deepening customer relationships
  • A clear understanding of the sales process and methodologies would be an advantage.
  • Project management and clear project leadership abilities
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce and Microsoft 365 technologies
