Partner Account Manager, DACH at DocuSign

Position Summary

At DocuSign we are passionate about transforming how companies are doing business today – we enable companies to do business faster, quicker and on any device.  As we start our new fiscal year, DocuSign will continue to drive and expand it’s DACH business and build upon the amazing DACH success from last year.

This position in Germany will be a resource to drive and accelerate our partnership primarily with SAP. We are looking for an individual who has a proven record of success in building and driving established Partner relationships (for example SAP, Salesforce or other Cloud-Software vendors ) and also with the wider DocuSign partner eco-system in Germany. You will have a clear understanding of how to drive Go-To-Market strategies and able execute them in complex and large partners. In addition, the role will be responsible for developing new business with other selected partners or with SAP in “new” markets in the MEE region.

This role reports into the Director of Strategic Partners & Alliances who is based in Germany.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for developing, prioritizing and executing go-to-market strategies for our key strategic partners in the DACH region. Working closely with our sales, business development, sales engineering and marketing teams, you will work closely with SAP and other partners to drive DocuSign’s Go-to-Market strategies

Strategic Partnerships

  • Build the go-to-market (GTM) plans for key DocuSign partners( for example, SAP ) in DACH
  • Create demand generation campaigns in key industry sectors to drive revenue with our partners
  • Own the partner pipeline and revenue for your market segment
  • Define and grow new revenue streams in new EU territories
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with key partners
  • Present partner updates at monthly executive meetings
  • Communicate regularly across the EMEA organization and ensure DocuSign sales, support and technical teams are informed of new developments and properly readied

Skill Requirements

  • Proven ability to think and work strategically
  • Achieve key revenue objectives
  • Strong understanding of cloud requirements in the DACH market
  • Ability to create Go-To-Market plans and extend these to enhance and increase partner revenues
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Qualifications

  • Proven experience and success in a Partner / Channel / Alliances role
  • An understanding of SAP’s Ecosystem would be an advantage BUT not necessary
  • Experience with other software vendors like Salesforce, Microsoft in Germany and DACH Region is a plus
  • Relevant experience in SaaS and other cloud technologies
  • Fluency in German and English languages
