Recruitment Administrator at DocuSign

Position Summary

The Recruitment Administrator will be a member of the EMEA Recruitment team and will support the growing Recruitment activity in DocuSign France. The successful candidate will be detail orientated, enjoy working as part of a team and will also work well under pressure. Reporting directly to the Sr. Director of EMEA Talent Acquisition (based in Ireland), you will have a key role in creating a superb Candidate Experience for new employees in Paris.  

You will work closely with the Head of HR, France who is based in Paris and provide support in all recruitment duties and activities.

This position is a part-time role for 3 days a week. 

Responsibilities of the HR Administrator:

  • Creating and revising contracts of employment for all new employees (as well as amendments of contract for existing employees)
  • Ensure all contracts are created in accordance with France employment legislation
  • Assist in the administration of correspondence associated with the recruitment process
  • Ensure that all relevant documentation (e.g. employment medical reports, written references, original qualifications, verification of previous service etc.) is in place prior to the commencement date
  • Explaining France employee benefits to all new employees. These benefits include Arrco / Agirc, Health (“mutuelle”) and life/disability insurance (“prévoyance”) …
  • Responsible for the provision of ‘best practice’ HR advice, guidance and administrative support and the provision of enhanced customer service
  • Entering relevant details into DocuSign’s HR system
  • Assisting in reporting duties and co-ordinating statistics as required
  • Co-ordinate the provision of statistical information in relation to EWTD data as required
  • Updating Organisation charts
  • Preparing new joiner announcements
  • Assisting with employee on-boarding and orientation;
  • Managing the relationship with external agencies
  • The successful candidate will manage sensitive, confidential matters, maintain employee records and must adhere to confidentiality at all times

Requirements of the Recruitment Administrator:

Candidates should have at least 2-3 years’ experience in a HR/Recruitment administration role.

  • Relevant HR Qualification
  • Minimum experience of 2-3 years in a similar role
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong understanding of confidentiality
  • Team player with excellent communication
  • Excellent administrative, record-keeping and IT skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to respond effectively and efficiently to internal customers
  • Proactive, with the ability to take ownership and a “can do” approach.
  • Previous experience of working with an HR/ recruitment system.
  • Excellent communication skills both in French and English.
