Regional Sales Executive at Kaltura

We are looking for sales athletes who are hungry, nimble and intelligent. As a Regional Sales Executive on the Education sales team you will identify, source and close good-fit prospects. Using strong consultative selling skills, you will balance contacting warm inbound leads and driving self-sourced leads for your pipeline.

 

In this role you’ll get to:

  • Position the value of Kaltura’s software to small and medium sized Higher Education and K12 institutions
  • Provide value-added counsel to customers as a trusted advisor creating awareness and demand for Kaltura's products.
  • Manage a pipeline of inbound and self-sourced leads to identify, engage and develop relationships with potential buyers
  • Lead, negotiate and close sales with new customers
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas within specified time frame
  • Bring your thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance our company’s values, unique culture, and vision for the future
  • Partner with marketing and technology departments to execute sales strategies as the company introduces enhancements to existing solutions and/or releases new products
  • Travel approximately 25%

REQUIREMENTS

What we are looking for:

  • BA/BS preferred or equivalent work experience with demonstrated proficiency
  • A proven sales hunter and closer with a passion for prospecting new business from initial outreach to negotiation
  • 3+ years SaaS sales experience, preferably in Education technology space
  • Have the desire and commitment to do what it takes to be successful in sales
  • Have a sharp focus on their goals and a belief that their daily, weekly and monthly activities will help achieve them
  • A quantifiable track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
  • A team player and a self-starter
