Software Implementation Consultant at Adaptive Mobile

AdaptiveMobile is the market leading provider of security software to the telecommunications industry globally, including some of the largest carriers, protecting over 2 billion subscribers.

The Professional Services team is responsible for the delivery and support of AdaptiveMobile’s customer solutions.

As an Implementation Consultant, your role is to lead and participate in customer delivery projects. You will apply technical knowledge to solve complex design and implementation problems that arise in solution deliveries.

This role is a 6-month, Fixed Term Contract

 

Responsibilities/Tasks

 

-          Working as part of a customer’s team to assist with the design and implementation of AdaptiveMobile solutions

-          Ensuring that the purpose and requirements of the solution are clearly defined and understood by all stakeholders and determining how these are going to be achieved

-          Resolving complex functional and integration design issue by working with the customer and with other teams internally

-          Prepare and execute customer facing ATP and drive the resolution of issues arising

-          Installation and configuration of OS and application

-          Integration and testing of application

-          Launch

-          Problem Solving and troubleshooting

-          Red Hat Linux OS

-          IP networking

-          SS7 Signalling – SIGTRAN, MAP, CAMEL

-          Diameter Signalling

-          Mobile Telecom core network architecture

-          Deploying and configuring application software on Linux
