Synack is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and driven individual to join our fast-paced, high performing team! As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be focused on prospecting and qualifying sales opportunities and running outbound marketing campaigns to generate new customers. You will often be the first point of contact with potential Synack customers so making a good impression is critical. Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Generate new business opportunities from a targeted list of potential Synack partners
  • Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest and develop accounts to drive opportunity
  • Experience with mid-high volume cold calling
  • Respond to inbound interest and qualify fit for the Synack platform through discovery calls
  • Work with Product and Marketing teams to convey feedback on prospect requirements and drive product strategy
  • Manage, track, and report on all activities and results using Salesforce
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competition
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A team-player attitude with a strong desire to help improve internal processes beyond your day-to-day tasks

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • BA/BS degree
  • Experience in sales or related business experience
  • Superb organization skills and attention to detail
  • Coachable and eager to learn and improve based on constructive feedback
  • Ability to communicate effectively over the phone, email and in-person
  • Competitive spirit, high energy, self-motivated team player
  • Excellent networking and relationship building skills
