As a Product Support Analyst you will provide a helping hand to our customers who are growing their business with BrightEdge. Our Client Service Analysts deliver a great customer experience through a thorough knowledge of how BrightEdge works.

Role and Responsibilities

    • Partner with our customers to effectively resolve integration and/or product issues
    • Answer how-to questions and help customers navigate a variety of tools within BrightEdge
    • Diagnose web integration and product issues and engage with our product and engineering teams using established processes
    • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a great customer experience
    • Master platform use cases and communicate the appropriate use case to customers

What It Takes To Be Successful

    • Bachelor's degree required in an analytically-focused discipline with demonstrated academic excellence
    • Strong analytical skillset; experience working with web development (HTML, JS)
    • Strong articulation and presentation skills
    • Strong problem-solving skills
    • Ability to follow process consistently in a high case volume environment
    • Willingness to learn and use coaching feedback to improve
    • Passionate about working with customers and delivering a great customer experience
    • Interest in learning technical skills
