In this role you will work on a team of engineers and implementations specialist with the goal of integrating, deploying and delivering value through a groundbreaking technology innovation for Fortune 500 customers for the leader in SEO and Content Performance marketing. You will analyze CRM data, identify patterns for improvements and deploy projects across multi-department team to hit monthly and quarterly goals.

What You Will Do

    • Lead a team of technical and customer success members through customer implementations
    • Analyze program performance by identifying individual and team progress weekly, monthly and quarterly
    • Report on performance weekly, monthly and quarterly
    • Recommend improvements and execute projects on the approved suggestions
    • Analyze Customer Data for insights
    • Conduct CRM process adjustment change management, roll-out, adoption and communication
    • Own inter-department collaboration for smooth customer success life-cycle delivery

What It Takes To Be Successful

    • Bachelor's degree, preferred in Business Administration or Information Systems
    • 2-3 Years of relevant experience
    • High level of personal and project organization
    • High aptitude for process and efficiency optimization
    • Ability to re-prioritize regularly and keep larger goal and objectives in mind
    • Data analysis and reporting skills (Excel, PPT, Salesforce CRM, etc…)
    • Passion for customer success and driving value for every client
