Salesforce Partner Account Manager – Northern Europe ( UK, Benelux and Nordics ) at DocuSign

Position Summary

As a Partner Account Manager, you will play a key role in building and cultivating relationships and opportunities with Salesforce and Regional System Integrators in the UK, NL and Nordics territories.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a key member of the EMEA Business Development team and focus on building and closing opportunities with Salesforce and RSI’s within UK, NL and Nordics territories.
  • Help define the business goals with our partners as well as align with all relevant internal stakeholders in a clearly defined “Go to Market” plan.
  • Fill the EMEA business development pipeline by engaging with Salesforce AE’s and RSI teams.
  • Manage the forecast for influenced and sourced ACV and make sure our partners are well aligned with our Sales Leadership and Account Executive team.
  • Align with Partner Marketing, Partner Enablement, Solution Consultants, and post sales Customer Success team to secure high quality in delivery and post sales activities.
  • Handle a high volume of engagements and the fast paced, ever changing SaaS market.

Criteria For Success

  • Clear understanding of cloud sales models (ACV, TCV, MRR)
  • Agreed upon Partner Business Plan and Go to Market Plan
  • Defined Go to Market Alignment
  • Joint Account Planning with Top Accounts
  • Experience in Salesforce ecosystem and working with RSI’s
  • Sales experienced highly preferred
  • Strong network and references
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Able to work autonomously
  • Track record of over-achieving revenue targets that driven indirectly (through partner / ISVs, resellers etc. )


  • Strong presentation skills are a must
  • Ability to lead initiatives and programs from the front
  • Excellent influencing and networking skills
  • Proven track record of success in the technology / SaaS industry with partners and ISVs
  • Experience working in the Salesforce eco-system 
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations is key
  • Proven track record of sales and/or strategic partnerships in the EMEA region ( partners, ISVs )
  • Experience in selling value based cloud solutions
  • Fluency in English.
