ISV Partner Manager, EMEA at DocuSign

Position Summary The ISV Partner Manager – EMEA role offers the right candidate the opportunity to manage aspects of business development in EMEA across our core partners and target markets including the implementation of partner plans, partner sales and support enablement, partnership marketing, deal registration and tracking, revenue forecasting and attainment, and partner satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have complex multivendor deal experience, technical background, negotiating skills, B2B sales, and VAR/OEM partner management experience. Candidates must also possess strong personal communication skills and the ability to efficiently multitask. Time management and work prioritization will be critical in this role. As a key part of the EMEA Business Development team you will establish the value and the vision for how DocuSign, the leader in System of Agreement (SofA), will modernize, globalize and grow your partner’s businesses. Responsibilities: Evaluate the go-to-market plans attached to partners and lead cross functional teams in selling to, enabling, launching and supporting their partner programs Evaluate the go-to-market plans attached to : The ISV License partners (means where DocuSign is integrated as OEM in the partner solution) such as Peopledoc, White Clark Group, Septeo, QuickSign. Platform Extension partners which are vendors that DocuSign embedded into its resell as Third-Party solution such as CDC Arkhineo, Seal Software, AriadNext Assist and ensure partners achieve all sales targets attributed to them Convey complete understanding of partner business needs and opportunities Create business cases for the use of the DocuSign application and API to extend and enhance partner offerings Mine existing partner relationships for new business opportunities Identify key strategic opportunities to closely tie partners success to DocuSign products and services Build relationships with key executives within partner headquarters and field organizations Engage internal leaders and support staff to ensure partners are fully enabled to sell and support DocuSign solutions Assist partners with product positioning, configuration, and sales strategy Devise regular communication mechanisms to keep the DocuSign sales teams informed of new developments Provide regular feedback to management on critical factors affecting the business or relationships Forge strong DocuSign-internal relationships with key managers and support organizations Leverage the partner enablement, marketing tool DocuSign has develop to insure autonomy of partner managing their business around DocuSign Engage direct and partner sales teams to optimize partnership ROI Track sales activities, opportunities and orders in company Salesforce CRM Conduct quarterly business reviews and make proactive partner plan adjustments to meet quarter over quarter revenue growth commitments Strategize and collaborate with Marketing to align sponsorship opportunities with partner event strategy and goals Required Skills/Experience: 10+ years Cloud/SaaS or Hosted Services sales experience 5+ years developing and building partner relationships and expanding product sales through indirect distribution channels Technical background a plus High-growth, public company experience a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment Self-starter with great time management skills University Degree or equivalent Are you up for the challenge?
