Channel Manager, Southern Europe at DocuSign

Position Summary 
DocuSign is looking for a Channel Manager to drive, design and accelerate the growth of DocuSign’s ISV Partner community in Southern Europe including France, Iberia and Italy. This is a key role that will have the ability to impact and determine DocuSign’s continued growth & success in EMEA over the coming years.

This Channel Manager is an Individual Contributor and reports to Head of Business Development, France.


  • Provide partner management and support to our technology and reseller partners in France, Iberia and Italy.
  • Ensure that our key ISVs are developing the Sales, Pre-Sales, and delivery capabilities in line with DocuSign strategy.
  • Develop and execute jointly agreed GTM and Business Plans which include: demand generation activities, training/education and development of joint offerings to deliver against revenue, certification and customer satisfaction targets. 
  • Work with ISVs, DocuSign Account Executives and Sales Leadership to provide alignment and clarity for opportunity generation and the delivery of customer implementations to deliver incremental revenue. 
  • Generate new business in existing accounts and in new territories and verticals, as well as ensuring our partners are consistently delivering value and customer success.
  • Provide a consistent contractual and business environment for nominated partner 

Basic Qualifications

  • Proven track record of success working with Software Providers such as OpenText, Microsoft, Workday, Salesforce etc Value Added Resellers / Embedded Resellers
  • Experience or deep understanding of both direct and indirect selling
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver significant revenue and growth through strategic partnerships 
  • Proven record of building relationships with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders 
  • Ability to influence functional groups with shared visions and strategies
  • Deep understanding of the business SaaS market with demonstrable experience in delivering differentiated initiatives 
  • Demonstrated ability to build value centric business cases to drive initiatives that deliver significant market growth 
  • Fluency in French and English languages

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have a technical understanding / experience of signature and digital transactions with EU specific knowledge
  • Self-starter with great time management skills
  • Business, Computer Science or Engineering degree
