As a member of the Global RFP Team, you will be critical to helping Kaltura win new business, retain existing clients and maintain a pulse on the market. Your primary focus will be to project manage, write, and produce responses to client tenders / Request for Proposals (RFPs) and other business development marketing materials as needed. 

You will play a pivotal role and have direct impact on building Kaltura’s pipeline. You will interact regularly with senior level leaders, executives and subject matter experts across sales, marketing, finance, legal, product and professional services groups, and be responsible for ensuring our proposal content is complete, concise, accurate, and timely.

Within these complex, structured processes, you will be expected to show creativity and latitude and see opportunities where others see challenges. The desired candidate will have the ability to identify the right business angle and write persuasive proposals and presentations that sell Kaltura products and solutions and the technical aptitude to speak and translate the language of engineers and product managers for our customers.

·    Experience in writing and managing business development proposals, or sales and marketing communications. 

·    Able to successfully manage the full-spectrum of core responsibilities collaboratively, independently, or with limited over-sight, 

    and consistently solves complex problems to move the RFP process forward at any given stage.   

·    Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

·    Able to project manage global RFP response teams.

·    Persuasive and succinct writing style that can effectively convey Kaltura’s value proposition.





• BS/BA in Marketing, Communications, Business, English, Engineering, or related field.

• Project management qualifications a plus

• Exceptional written and verbal communication, superior attention to detail, and ability to interface with internal stakeholders to ensure quality of proposal and timeliness of submission to client. 

• Proficient Microsoft Office Suite, and Outlook. Adobe InDesign (Desired). 

• Customer service mindset for both external and internal clients. Exemplary interpersonal skills. 

• Familiarity with the OVP industry with emphasis on B2B a plus

• Location flexible (including being home based)
