People Services Associate (Recruiting Coordinator) at Carbon Black

As we scale the HR organization, Carbon Black is looking to hire a People Services Specialist to join the newly formed People Services team. The People Services team manages the life cycles of candidates and employees. The team supports and partners with all areas of HR, including Recruiting, Systems, Compensation, Benefits, L&D, and Talent. This role will primarily support the Recruiting team by scheduling interviews and by being the Point of Contact for candidates from the interview process to their first day. This a great opportunity for someone to learn all aspects of HR and build a career in HR.

What You’ll Do

  • Clearly and consistently communicate with candidates, recruiters, and interview teams at various touch points in the interview coordination process such as sharing tentative interview dates, finalized interview confirmation details and travel logistics when necessary

  • Serve as the point-of-contact for all onsite interviews to include partnering with colleagues in remote offices to ensure interview logistics operate smoothly

  • Complete data entry as needed and basic systems configuration (create organizations, locations, update a business process) with the highest level of accuracy

  • Partner with the Recruiting team to keep the Workday Recruiting up-to-date and audit the system on a regular basis

  • Coordinate all aspects of pre-hire activities, including processing and tracking background checks, Day 1 coordination, visa processing, and giving the employee a great first experience from the time they signed their offer letter until they first day

  • Identify opportunities for improving HR processes and making improvements as you see fit

  • Minimum of 1 year human resources, corporate recruiting, or general office experience
