Onboarding Associate (Entry-Level) at Schoology

Why we need you:

The Onboarding Associate is responsible for providing the highest quality of implementation support to Digital and SMB clients. The role executes the digital implementation plan with the client to ensure successful Schoology onboarding by supporting client calls and working to onboard clients through implementation. The Onboarding Associate will engage with clients on a daily basis. He/She will be responsible for implementing and troubleshooting SIS integrations and managing client expectation during onboarding.

As an Onboarding Associate, you will:

  • Implement clients with an enrollment between 1- 2,000
  • Tackle basic to advanced technical questions as they arise in relation to the implementation of the Schoology platform
  • Identify and proposes solutions for inefficiencies of onboarding processes
  • Guide the client through data provisioning (users, courses, and enrollments)
  • Perform consulting on administrative functions to ensure client understanding of admin tools
  • Provide customer service that makes customers feel welcome, important and appreciated
  • Contribute to the successful transition of clients from Implementation to Driving Adoption
  • Track client-specific information in Salesforce and Gainsight
  • Implement Plus packages for SMB additional services purchased by SMB/Digital Clients
  • Identify gaps in knowledge and contribute to documentation

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent relevant experience.  
  • Basic knowledge of the MS Office, Google, and Adobe suites.
  • Highly organized with the ability to learn quickly, understand and explain educational and technical information.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to comprehend and communicate information precisely.
  • The ability to develop creative solutions for client needs and company goals.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; highly motivated and flexible.
  • Technically-minded.
  • Works well independently and in a team environment.
  • The ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, work autonomously and manage assignments simultaneously is required.
