Responsibilities:

    • Report into the Brand Team within Marketing, delivering a complete brand experience for clients
    • Take a design brief to visually creative end product in consideration of budgets
    • Conceptualize and create on-brand market-facing materials to support both corporate and product marketing initiatives, including social graphics (images/GIFs/memes/motion graphics), digital marketing banners/templates, brochure ware, fact sheets, tradeshow displays, presentation decks, website graphics, landing pages, infographics, word document templates and more
    • Evolve graphic design processes set up by the marketing team (i.e. pipeline management tool, graphic design, folder system, deliverables briefs)
    • Evolve the brand guidelines and templates by identifying gaps in imagery, color palette, assets, templates, digital executions, branding for certain offerings and more
    • Support two primary brands—R3 and its flagship platform Corda and their associated distribution channels
    • Ensure a creative yet consistent look and feel that adheres to and supports both the corporate and product brands, and push back on stakeholders who try to develop their own ‘look and feel’ of their own design materials
    • Opportunity to conceptualize, design and implement creative projects and influence the creative vision for R3
    • Project manage your design pipeline and any external vendors engaged
    • Proficient in social media content creation (both static and motion), up to date on trends and the latest content types being created in the social arena

Requirements:

    • Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator mandatory
    • Basic HTML, CSS, Dreamweaver is a plus
    • Proficient in PPT, Word and Keynote a plus
    • Knowledge of motion applications and video/podcast production (After Effects, Premiere a big plus)
    • Strong project and time management skills with the capacity to successfully manage multiple, concurrent project demands within established timelines and with routinely quick turnaround times
    • Have a strong sense of ownership--comfortable driving something from start to completion end-to-end; self-awareness and ability to communicate verbally and in written form
    • Proven track record of owning design projects and working directly with stakeholders without a project manager as an intermediary
    • Extreme attention to details and brand consistency
    • Proficient in social media content creation (both static and motion), up to date on trends and the latest content types being created in the social arena
    • Experience in WordPress and other CMS a big plus
    • Strong work ethic and willingness to work hard and meet aggressive deadlines—yet also push back on last minute requests that would bump other projects in pipeline
    • Ability to work independently, as part of a team, and across teams
    • Able to handle constructive criticism from stakeholders and tease out why the design ‘isn’t working’ versus accepting a subjective ‘I don’t like it.’
    • You like keeping abreast of latest graphic design interactive technology and developments/trends in the digital and social landscape
