Operation/Quality Manager at IndiaMART
Noida, IN
Role Expectations:
  1. Managing and supervising all operational, administrative, infrastructure and human resources related activities relating at the vendor site
  2. Providing leadership to the program and overseeing operational results on a periodic basis to ensure control over the delivery framework that is implemented for the program
  3. Mentoring and guiding personnel associated with the program to ensure that there is absolute visibility on all related areas of concern to identify impact points and mitigate the risk potential of each impact point adequately
  4. Driving quality and training initiatives associated with the program that is implemented for a client
  5. Self-driven and ability to work in a highly ambiguous environment
  6. Detailed reporting and metrics preparation using Excel
  7. Sharing operational and quality best practices across the Outsourcing network

Minimum Qualification:
 

  1. Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
  2. 2+ years of call/contact centre operations manager experience
  3. 1+ years of vendor management experience is preferred
  4. Process Improvement certification (Kaizen or Lean/Six Sigma) is preferred
  5. Expert in Microsoft Office Suite application
  6. Strong communication (both verbal and written)
  7. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills

Salary: INR 5,00,000 - 10,00,000 P.A.
