Inside Sales Representative at Synack

Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Market Synack’s products and services via telephone and email
  • Generate prospective customers through cold calling and lead qualification
  • Qualify leads generated from Marketing programs and campaigns
  • Direct Pre-Sales Qualified Leads to field sales representatives
  • Record all data, document touch points, and update and maintain Sales database as appropriate, including data discovery tied to initiatives
  • Perform research and due diligence on targets
  • Monitor social web for sales opportunities and leads
  • Work closely with sales representatives and marketing team to develop regional call campaigns and identify, position, and sell product value
  • Provide detailed campaign feedback to sales and marketing leadership.
  • Report on weekly results, both qualitative and quantitative
  • Expand knowledge of the industry as well as the competitive posture of the company

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Ambition, high energy, and unwavering desire to achieve top results
  • 1-year work experience in managing inbound and outbound calls and inquiries
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and possess an enthusiasm for technology
  • Articulate, confident with solid written and verbal skills: ability to clearly and persuasively articulate the company’s mission, product and business opportunity.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt to change quickly
  • Ability to quickly build productive relationships in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
  • Detail oriented with strong administrative follow-up and follow-through
  • Super motivated, proactive and goal-oriented
  • Self-starter and team player
  • Technically proficient using a comprehensive sales CRM (Salesforce.com, Outreach.io, Discover.org, GoToMeeting / Google Hangouts / Webex, etc.)
  • Experience and passion for social networks and social software tools
  • Experience selling a business-to-business solution a plus
