We’re looking for an awesome HR Business Partner who is equally passionate about our mission and the awesome people here helping us achieve that. The HR Business Partner will be influential in helping managers with policy development and enforcement, training and development, and organizational changes. In this highly visible role, you will work very closely with teams across the organization including HR Operations, Payroll, Legal, and Synack managers. 

 What you'll do:

  • Develop and implement HR initiatives that align with our global talent management goals
  • Provide global support in various HR related topics such as employee relations, leaves of absence, performance and change management, metrics and data analytics, etc.
  • Work with functional leaders to drive talent strategies that engage and retain our key talent as we continue to scale for growth
  • Facilitate performance management, talent reviews, employee relations, employee engagement, and organizational change / optimization
  • Partner across the HR team to support and implement people strategies and processes for focal review, career development, leadership development and diversity & inclusion
  • Influence leaders to drive our core values across their teams and ensure talent output aligns to company goals

What you'll need:

  • 4+ years of experience in Human Resources
  • 2+ years of HRBP specific experience in companies with high engagement cultures and where people initiatives are a priority
  • Proven ability to understand strategic organizational issues and influence employees and managers accordingly
  • Strong systemic thinking: a data driven approach to problem solving
  • Friendly and approachable style
  • Proven ability to manage priorities among multiple stakeholders, multi-task and re-prioritize as needed in our fast paced environment
  • Track record of successfully working in a dynamic, high growth environment
  • Comfortable with ambiguity
  • High integrity: you can be trusted with sensitive and confidential information
  • Bachelor’s degree is required
