The Talent Acquisition team is looking for a Coordinator to join our team in Cleveland. The culture on our team is important to us. We want our new coordinator to have a “yes can do” attitude, with a good sense of humor. 

Core Responsibilities

    • Partner with in-house recruiting team and external agencies, to coordinate phone screens,  onsite interviews, or executive level phone interviews
    • Manage communication with candidates between steps in the recruiting process
    • Add candidates into ATS
    • Greet and prepare candidates and interview rooms for onsite meetings
    • Coordinate and set up all onsite or remote video conference interviews
    • Set internal meetings for all recruiting and peripheral needs
    • Work with Executive Assistant to schedule final round executive involved interviews
    • Compile BrightEdge Swag into Welcome Boxes, and send to new employees
    • Arrange Travel and hotel for candidates, new hires, and other cases as needed
    • Act as POC for candidates and new hires during travel and arrival
    • Compile and create feedback packets for final interviews
    • Act as FAQ filter between employees, candidates, and the rest of the recruiting team

What it Takes to be Successful

    • Bachelors Degree Required
    • 1+ years of experience in coordination and managing calendars
    • Experience handling sensitive and confidential information
    • Proven organizational skills and ability to prioritize and work in a fast paced environment
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Applications
