Position Summary

This is a high impact leadership position in our expanding UK Enterprise sales operation in London that reports directly to the VP of Enterprise Sales, EMEA who is also based in London.

This high visibility role will drive continued success and expansion in our Enterprise clients in EMEA. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving incremental growth and net new logos with Enterprise companies in Northern Europe – UK, Benelux and Nordics

Responsibilities

  • Win new Enterprise clients and logos with support from marketing, solutions consulting, customer success and business development
  • Leading the creation and execution of innovative and highly effective Enterprise business campaigns
  • Drive a ‘Land & Expand’ methodology and mentality to maximise revenue arising from the assigned Enterprise accounts
  • Hands-on leadership of and contribution to the creation and execution of effective Territory Plans and detailed Account plans that deliver cross-sell and up-sell revenue across multiple lines of business and use cases
  • Lead strong collaboration with DocuSign ecosystem stakeholders (including customer success, professional services, value engineering, pre-sales, marketing, lead generation and partners) to win Enterprise business
  • Leveraging and influencing C-level engagements in Enterprise clients to win new business
  • Creating an Enterprise Account Executive talent pool for the wider sales organization
  • Leading complex customer engagements from the front with a passion to win business against competition
  • Be passionate about the personal development of your team and through that create a strong culture of accountability, learning and empowerment

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree / Master’s degree in a relevant field (business, marketing, engineering)
  • Proven track record of building and managing a high performing Enterprise sales team 
  • Experience in hiring and developing Enterprise sales talent
  • Experience working with DocuSign Partners, SIs and Resellers in the Northern European region
  • Experience in driving C-level / Senior Executive level discussions in large multi-national prospects
  • Experience in Enterprise SaaS applications and cloud solutions companies
  • Proven experience in managing a high growth cloud applications team or division.  
  • Experience in managing Enterprise EMEA accounts  
  • Proven background in driving and accelerating team performance through use of data (close rates, pipeline coverage, time to close etc.)
  • Experience of Salesforce and / or other contact centre management systems
  • Working within a complex, matrix driven organization
