Technician, High Volume Manufacturing at Inpria
Corvallis, OR, US

Inpria Corporation, a venture-backed electronic materials startup, has an immediate opening for a Technician based in Corvallis, OR. We look to fill an entry-level position to join our High Volume Manufacturing (HVM) team. This hands-on position carries responsibilities for supporting Inpria’s EUV photoresist production line processes and provides career growth opportunities in an expanding team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can work efficiently with limited direction and can communicate well with our Engineering team.


• Perform HVM-related operations at the direction of Engineering staff

• Strictly follow well-documented SOPs, but also make clarifying suggestions or point out errors

• Receive technical instructions (written and verbal) and report back on outcomes

• Perform experiments with assistance from Engineering

• Document specifics of each produced batch of material; be a meticulous note-taker

• Inventory management: receive, inspect, flag, transfer, install, and properly waste 55 gallon solvent drums and other chemical precursors to support HVM operations

• Bottle finished goods in a cleanroom environment; follow protocols for gowning, entering, occupying, and working in a cleanroom

• Follow inspection plans for incoming, in-process, and outgoing materials

• Perform simple routine, scripted analyses on inprocess chemicals

• Submit samples to analytical lab for more advanced chemical analyses

• Interpret P&ID documentation, understand fluid paths, valving, pump locations

• Use P&ID and HMI to verify equipment readiness before, during, and after chemical processing

• Experience in maintaining chemical process equipment is a plus


Key Qualifications

• Minimum Associate’s degree in a technical field, or 4 years’ relevant experience

• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint

• Demonstrated good chemical hygiene, safe laboratory practices; recognizes hazardous conditions and addresses them

• Well organized, proactive, enthusiastic, flexible, quality-minded, and eager to learn

• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment, willingness to work off-shift hours when needed

• Preference given to candidates with cleanroom and/or chemical processing experience

• Ability to occasionally lift 30lbs overhead

• Ability to stand for long periods of time
