Solutions Specialist - Advertising at Sprinklr

Solutions Specialists at Sprinklr are seasoned technologists with enterprise Advertising experience across a portfolio of industries. Highly intelligent and able to sell the value of  Advertising Software and articulate how Sprinklr can provide value in this space.

A Sprinklr Solution Specialist should be someone who can quickly build trust and earn credibility by displaying his or her knowledge of technology and industry. Solution Specialist should also excel at presenting these competencies to a variety of stakeholders, from IT to senior executives at the C-level.

He or she should be able to understand the nuances the advertising space, how DSPs, SSPs, Ad exchanges and DMPs work.   Social advertising would be a nice to have, but overall agency and/or advertising experience is a must.

Should be able to talk or whiteboard customer journeys around advertising and should be second nature. This role will primarily be working with our major accounts and/or strategic alliances partners.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Function as primary advertising subject matter expert for the Major Accounts & Strategic Alliances teams.

  • Act as key contact in creation, presentation, demonstration and maintenance of content specific to partnerships & sales efforts

  • Participate in meetings with the strategic alliances & sales teams to demonstrate our advertising abilities.

  • Work directly with partners & customers to educate them on the full functionality of the Sprinklr platform

  • Assist partnership & sales teams in creating responses to RFI’s and RFP’s from major clients

  • Frequent travel and participation in industry events and customer-facing meeting

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 5-10 years of experience in a sales engineering, pre-sales, sales consultant, SME role at a software company, ideally with direct experience positioning Advertising

  • Deep understanding of both the technical aspects as well as the business acumen to tell a story about why it matters

  • Excellent written, communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to present and effectively communicate to customers and team members

  • Experience in social media technology preferred but not required
