 What Are Your Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for driving social media insights for clients and agencies using social media tools.Will be working with various departments to help provide actionable insights for client.
  • As an analyst you should be comfortable using different social media listening, digital technologies and market research methodologies
  • Should have expertise in making search queries for social medialistening
  • Should be able to understand client objectives, category/competitive trends for various product categories
  • Analyse data from Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and other social media and non-social sites to provide insights around community, campaigns/ contests
  • Experience with data verification, quality control and analytics.
  • Experience presenting deliverables with commentary, verbatim and visualization of data
  • Capability to create meaningful insights and inferences from social media conversations/data
  • Design and develop insightful Excel/word/PowerPoint reports for the clients with storytelling the findings, conclusions and suggestions of social conversations/ data
  • Ensure quality, accuracy and attention: data gathering, data processing and reporting Participate in team and client meetings
  • Continuous research and conceptualize new analysis frameworks, innovate and market ideas contributing to enhancement of social media analysis capabilities
  • Keeping an eye on the Social Media space around the globe to gain knowledge around latest trends in social media
  • Strong research design skills
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Hands on experience with social media listening and benchmarking tools Radian6, Brandwatch, Sysomos, Crimsons Hexagon,Talkwalker, Socialbakers, Unmetric or Simply Measured etc.) is an advantage
  • Knowledge of the latest tools & innovative research methodologies like regression techniques would be an added advantage

What makes you qualified

  • 2-3 years of experience in Social media space and as a Analyst from agencies or organizations
  • High level of fluency in English - both written and verbal Well versed about social media channels (Facebook, Twitter,YouTube, Foursquare, Instagram and others)
  • Understand how brands utilize social space.
  • Should be confident, professional, having strong analytical skills.
  • Proactive, self-starter, strategic thinker with time management & organizational skill
  • Ability to analyze and interpret large volume of content, build valuable inferences and make informed decisions
  • Development of brand awareness and online reputation
  • Ability to work in a highly challenging and dynamic environment while maintaining high standards of accuracy in terms of quality & quantity
  • Possesses great ability to identify potential negative or crisis situation and apply conflict resolution principles to mitigate issues
  • Advance knowledge in computer use: Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, Google tools such as docs, calendar and apps
  • Attention to detail, with ability to create client-facing documents and presentations.
  • Ability to innovate and learn on the job to refine processes.

  • Adequate awareness/knowledge of social media management tools and its usage
  • Familiarity on strategies for clients and campaigns
  • Certifications in social media/digital
  • Prior work experience with popular social media management tools (Sprinklr, TweetDeck, HootSuite, Sprout Social, etc)
