Senior Solutions Consultant at Sprinklr

BRIEF DESCRIPTION:

Sprinklr is looking for a presales Senior Solutions Consultant who will partner with Sales on our enterprise and mid-market accounts. Senior Solutions Consultants are instrumental in the sales cycle, bringing their technical and industry expertise to create compelling solutions for customers.



OVERALL DESCRIPTION:

Sprinklr Iberica is searching for a dynamic and focused Senior Solutions Consultant to work within a fast-paced and successful team. As a Senior Solutions Consultant you will partner with Sales to uncover a customer’s current and future states and their goals in order to best position Sprinklr’s solutions.

 

You are a strong communicator who can develop compelling presentations that illustrate Sprinklr’s business value to customers at all levels. You understand how Sprinklr can fit into a customer’s technology stack and the common use cases we can support across systems. You are entrepreneurial and self-motivated, can effectively handle objections, make personal connections with customers and are willing to offer support and guidance to colleagues.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Act as a key member of account teams with sales and other internal stakeholders for our enterprise and mid-market customers
  • Attend client meetings to conduct in-depth discovery on the customer’s current and future states and positive business outcomes
  • Create compelling presentations and collateral that demonstrate our solutions and the value proposition they provide against a customer’s required capabilities
  • Deliver presentations both virtually and in person
  • Work with customers to build relationships and develop technical champions
  • Educate customers on how Sprinklr can align with their business goals to bring true value to their organisation
  • Assists Sales in the response to RFXs
  • Keep up with an rigorous training schedule
  • Travel for short durations to meet with customers and to attend events in Europe and the US

Skills & Experience

  • 2-5 years of experience in a presales role at a SaaS company
  • Expertise in the social media, marketing and advertising industries strongly preferred
  • Experience in marketing, advertising, customer care, business intelligence or commerce spaces
  • Familiar with CRM, Marketing Automation and Business Intelligence
  • Methodical and meticulous approach to preparation and execution
  • English proficiency is mandatory with native in Spanish.
